The NRDPFC DNA Analysis System is a versatile and customizable data-base developed to manage genetic data of a range of species from trees to whales across the landscape and to display the information in forms useful to wild life managers using web-based applications.

There are complementary modules that allow automated capture of DNA profiling information from automated profilers, sequencers, real time pcr and micro-arrays.

It is presently used by Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources for a range of species including black bears and fish species.

It is used for highly endangered species and species at risk such as the North Atlantic right whale, Puerto Rican toad, pitcher's thistle.

It is also used to manage Wildlife forensic DNA data in Ontario.
